Located in Biddeford, Maine, Precision Manufacturing Solutions, Inc., is a machining and light assembly supplier to OEM manufacturers in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, optical, pump and seal, and medical devices.  The company is housed in two buildings totaling 60,000 sq. ft of climate controlled manufacturing space.  PMSI, is process driven and heavily invested in advanced machining technology which allows us to manufacture extremely complex components in one operation.

We operate multiple Mill Turn Machining Centers. These multi axis Machining Centers allow turning, 5 axis milling and where applicable, ID and OD grinding operations to be Done in One operation. This lean initiative allows us to hold extremely tight tolerances, most to 4 decimal places.

Quality is taken very seriously at PMSI. This drives our attention to process development. Our multiple programmable CNC CMM’s are located at the work cells to ensure parts are manufactured to print, controlling costs and ensuring timely delivery.
